Not an H&A, but still an U/H flintlock

That is so cool! How reliable is the ignition with the powder falling out as the pan opens? I once saw a flint rifle that was in line. The cock was a plunger that pushed the flint straight ahead on to and angled frizzen and it had a dust cover as I remember to keep the whole affair out of the weather as it fired.

I had bought a kit from him for my wife years ago, I thought he was long gone. Website?
underhammers.com was his website and it will still come up. He is a full time pipe fitter at the moment and said when he retires he might get back into it. He said he will still help people out if they have questions but recommends Pecatonic or deer creek for parts
