I've always want to get into shooting black and I finally purchase a couple of Pietta Pistols, 1851 Conf. Navy and a 1860 Army. Got all the fixings (except had to settle for fake powder) and ready to head to the country to give them a whirl...

Welcome from New Mexico, have fun at the range. If you have any trouble, the people on this forum are very helpful.

Hi Daryl and welcome to the best BP forum out there. What kind of powder did you have to settle for. I have a bunch of pyrodex to get rid of before I can get some good stuff. Just curious is all. jake

Welcome Daryl. Your name sounds familiar, did we do business on another forum a while back?
