Help with tomahawk/pipe ID

Took some pictures of a tomahawk/peace pipe I saw today. Owner would love to have more info on it and thoughtvI might be able to get some from this forum
It is a tomahawk/peace pipe. I do not known the proper term for this. Possibly made near Greenville Ohio and is a correct reproduction of an original peace. Makers mark is in the one picture.

The owner(a family friend) talked to Bill today. It is 1 of 50 made for the Annie Oakley Days in Greenville Ohio around 2006ish. He also a has a knife and stand for both of the pieces. Bill has some literature from back when he sold them and is sending a copy to my friend.
