help with calipers

Just got s new metric digital caliper and i need some help.i measured some reguler store bougth patches that where suppose to be .015 and thay measured 0.32 am i doing it right?neeeed heeeelp thanks.

Did you zero it out and pretty much all of them change from metric to standard, did you switch that?

Yeah is it measured by inches or millimeters ?

Patch thickness is usually measured in inches. i.e:0.015",0.010"

0.32 millimeters is roughly 0.013".
