Picked up an old .62 cal smooth, the seller stated it was a 16 gauge but when I received it came out around .617, octagon to round that was percussion, I got the breech plug out and the threads were pretty flat so I intend to re breech it for flintlock It is 35 3/4 inches long without the breech plug and in pretty good shape, just going to hone out the bore a smidge.. Found some marks on it has "London" stamped on the top with a stamp of some sort ,looks like two cannons crossed and on the underside is stamped "W.F." Any help to identify and place an age on it is appreciated. Thanks, BZ
