Greetings all,

I wanted to make a quick post & let you all know how delighted I am to have stumbled onto this forum.

Little bit about me. I have been burning charcoal for nearly 30yrs. I have also made a few rifles, pistols & hawks.
I just recently decided to make a John Armstrong influenced rifle. Well being the frugal sort I thought I would surf the web for some images of his work & save myself $40 for the "Gunsmiths of Maryland" book.
Well the surfing lead me here.

Looking forward to learning & sharing with you all.

Bob

Hey, Boomer,

I'm another new guy here. Actually, I'm new to both the forum and to BP shooting, unlike you. I currently live in WA state, but am from near Paducah, KY. Will be hunting whitetails there on my brother-in-law's farm this fall, in fact. Can't wait! Keep the bluegrass covered in black powder smoke for me until I get back, okay? ;)

Anyway, welcome!

Liam
