.45 caliber CVA percussion.
Load was 25 grains of Pyrodex P, a .440 homemade lead round ball and topped off with wad of wasper nest. Shooting was at 10 paces, standing, off hand.

I also am taking away a lesson on the wasp nest, OK color me educated
You’re very welcome! This my favorite muzzleloader for a number of reasons.

I was using wasper nest for wadding today, but crumpled up brown paper bag works just as good and is easier to obtain.
