Was to Quebec many years ago; fascinating how it's French to this day! The USA has a good neighbor up there, considering the problems some countries have with their neighbors. Imagine the problems for Canada and the USA if Seward had not sold Alaska to us! Not to mention all the gold, silver, oil, and natural wonders that Russia tossed away for 6 million lousy bucks!
