Does anyone know where I could find plans to build either a galloper carrage or a garrison carrage for a 1 pounder?

Thanks

Plans I ain't got, but I was in the old Spanish fort at Sonoma, CA,and they have a great galloper gun on display.(I was born in Sonoma)

I've not lived in CA since the 50's but I get some great info from CA State Parks.

It's a long shot but a few phone calls might turn up some interesting info.

You might want to look at "Grasshoppers and Butterflies" by Adrian Caruana. It is #39 in the "Historical Arms Series". These are light three pounders drawn by a single horse with no seperate limber. The publisher was the Museum Restoration Service in Alexandria Bay, NY 613-393-2980.

I appreciate the help. That sounds like a good book for my reference shelf. :hatsoff:
