[/img] This past week I had my first opportunity to fire this thing. It is fun but as I have aged a bit, I am not as steady as I once was. So the shots were a bit scattered. I was holding it with both hands both hands close to the grip. Should I be holding it more as a rifle. It felt alien when I tried with one hand further down the barrel. I dunno. Any ideas? I am not even sure what this pistol should be called other than long. Thanks.

That sucker is long. Looks like fun to shoot. I personally don't like to hunt with handguns, but If I were to do so in blackpowder, that would be the one.

I highly doubt I would be questioned on it, However, that's illegal to hunt with in NY. Seems the barrel is longer than 14 inches.

Bondini...... I was going to call my gun I am building that name, after all the things I did to clean up my messy inlets with.

This might be enough.

When I shoot my single shot pistol I hold it sorta like a rifle with no buttstock. One hand on the grip and one on the stock with it held out where it would be if it was a rifle. Seems to get me the best groups offhand.

Looks like the "Getto Gangsta" black powder pistol of it's time. I think you would need the "Arms of Arnold" to hold and fire it with one hand :hmm:

I am with Cynthialee, shoot it like a rifle.

I have a .308 CF shaped like that, works fine
