Well, now I know why people love a good smoothbore. Why in the hell did I wait so long ? I am loving this new build thanks to Jim Kibler and his team for making all this happen. I wish my Dad was still on this earth to enjoy today's shooting, but some how I felt his presence. First five shots @ 50 yards was on target with just packing paper cartridges! Yeah I am happy with that group. So I started shooting steel man was that fun. I even shot some bird shot just at some old cans and none survived lol. Not one hang fire or miss fire all with my homemade black brew. The paper cartridge load was with 50 grains. The steel target was also @ 50 yards four shots with 95 grains of my brew and a blue pillow ticking patch. The trigger on this thing is insane for a single trigger I would guess at probably around 1 pound and very crisp. I love the cherry wood with a hint of bone black mixed in. No other dye was used just oil and a small amount of bone black.
WOW! That is a nice one.

Okay, this is my favorite front stuffer...I just shot some very crude paper cartridges. I made out in the woods "my shooting range " lol loaded with 110 grains of my homemade brew with a .562 roundball just after I ripped the tail off and poured the powder in I placed a lubed 1/4 felt over powder wad and sent the paper cartridge ball home. Shot these @ 60 yard's.
