Hello
I have a T/C 50 cal Renegade rifle. I would like to get a smooth bore barrel to shoot on occasion. I see many 56 cal smooth bore barrels available but not many in 50 cal. Will a 56 cal smooth bore barrel fit on a 50 cal stock and lock?

Thank you
Scotty

The .56 T/C is a great shooter but another option is to find a rough Renegade barrel and have it bored smooth to a more standard dimension. While I have shot .535 balls through my .56 barrel to good effect, .550 balls would be more “correct”. A .54 or .58 smoothbore, or even out to as much as is safe (.60, .62?) would be fun and components easier to find. The larger bores might be mo’ betta for shot.
