Here's an option that's close to the CVA rear sight.

Rear sight, adjustable for elevation, wax cast steel - Track of the Wolf

It's cut for a 3/8" dovetail, so some filing will be needed to fit.
 
Traditions uses the same sight on some of their guns. The part number is 20610. The Gun Works here in Springfield Oregon has them, The last one I bought was $20. It was Blued.

They don't have them on their website. You'd have to call @ 541-741-4118.
