I am going to be selling this vintage 15" thickly carved powder horn. Any idea what this says or what language it is?

Well........that is unique. Wonder what the writing says? Nice plug , too. Is that a square cut spike used to plug the horn. The wire on the horn , might have been a horn to be hung over a saddle horn on a horse. If the language is found to be Spanish , this could be a Mexican treasure.
