Bulk Flints

A friend was telling me about a supplier who sells bulk english flints. Unfortunately he can not find the contact information anymore. He had bought 50 3/4 inch flints for $80.00 + shipping. I have two locks that just don't like Rich's flints, so have to use english in them.

If memory serves me correctly - and it seldom does anymore - TOTW sells TF flints in bulk, or did.

When you order flints from Track, you can request them to hand pick the flints that have a flat top
so they will lock up firmly in the jaws of your hammer. When you order by E Mail they have a box in the bottom of the form for comments. I have yet to get a lop sided/ hunchback flint from them.

Agree on this. I have been ordering from them for years and always ask for half my order to be flat tops and the rest with humps. Never a problem....
