Hello,
My name is Sam and I'm from central Pennsylvania. I have been hunting late season flintlock with my dad for the past 15 years. He unfortunately passed away this year, and I no longer have my hunting partner or best friend. Flintlock was always my dad's favorite season, though he never got a deer with one. His passion and dedication for the sport was like no other. I continue my love of flintlock hunting in his commemoration.

Welcome, sorry for your loss. At least you're keeping his memory alive continuing his passion for the sport. :thumb:

Welcome SAM I understand your loss my Dad passed a few years ago he was my best friend and life long hunting buddy, the woods do not seem the same without him. Every once in a while when hunting something will happen that lets me know even not physically with me he is still there. REMEBER THE GREAT TIMES and forge on. Now when I pass his hunting spot I stop and say a few things in remembrance.

Thank you! It’s definitely been a tough year. I just keep doing what I think he wouldn’t want me to. God bless.
