Have an old TC Renegade in .54 I'm bringing back to life. It's in pretty good shape as it was stored properly for some 40 years or so. But the finish on the barrel has a few marks on it where the blue is gone.

So anyone know which product on the market best matches what TC originally put on my gun?

Spot touching up blue is tough. You might try Birchwood Casey Perma Blue in paste form. It's not picky about surface prep and it's relatively easy to blend. Also, it's relatively easy to make it go away, which might be a pro or a con, depending on how well it works for you. I suppose it depends on your goal. Complete and perfect restoration (don't use it) - or just make it look nice on casual observation (use it).

Sorry, I know that doesn't exactly answer your specific question.
