I need to get mine out and shoot it. Don't know what it will do but this is encouraging.

Clyde, have a spare barrel for this gun which isn't as pretty as the current one. The load In use for 28 ga. is 50 grs T72Fg with the same amount of #6's separated by a nitro card and cushion wad, all covered by a shot card. Gonna use this load for everything from tree rats to rabbits and chuckers. Just wish they'd let me use it on turkeys.........

I have some .005 patches and they work fine in the T/C .56. I find them still intact after firing. Still snug with the .550 ball, but much easier to load then with the .010 patches. The .005 patches can be found online/mail order, but rarely in local stores, in my experience.
No doubt the smaller ball and thicker patch is fine, too, but I just like using that full 28 gauge ball.
