Selling this 1860 dated Springfield M1855 that recently had a new barrel put on. This was a GB purchase from earlier in the year that I intended on shooting but never got around to. Has a new replacement rifled barrel. I don't know the maker of the barrel, but the quality feels to be on par with other current contemporary barrels of pedersoli etc. The stock is original and in very good condition. Overall a very nice and very shootable M1855.

Asking $1650 shipped to the lower 48. Will accept personal, bank or certified check, money order or PP friends and family.

Can you add a pic of the bore?

Here you go, I really need to get a drop in bore light, this is from my bore scope cam screen shot of its video, not the best, but gets the job done.

Still available for sale. Would consider for or towards trade for flintlock fowlers, brown bess variations, or other similar Revolutionary War era pieces.
