    Austin-Halleck Rifle

    I saw a used Austin-Halleck mountain rifle for sale at a gun shop yesterday for $329. It is marked Provo Utah on the top flat. Would you consider this a good price for this rifle, and why is it not marked Weston, Missouri? Rifle is in very good condition. Thanks for the advice in advance. TOM

    Aging Brass

    I know that if you rub a fouled patch over the brass, it will tarnish it. I would like a brown look that is even and consistent. I don't have another 20 years to watch it age naturally. :rotf: There were posts here a few years back but I can't find them. How do you guys do it?

    Invest Arms Frizzens

    Are the Invest Arms frizzens case hardened or completely hardened? I was wondering if you can polish them with crocus cloth after they get worn a little? If they are only case hardened will I remove too much hardness and ruin the frizzen. Thanks for the info in advance.
