If you can find paint stripper with methyl chloride it will suck the oil right out.

I wasn't sure myself so I googled it.Brake cleaner is NOT Acetone. Acetone is Acetone!
Brake Parts Cleaner is made to clean grease and brake fluid from brake parts and brake linings WITHOUT leaving any oil or grease on the parts.
WILL make your babies be born nekid is you don't watch what you're doing.
And in California, they make a "special" type of Brake Cleaner that won't make you babies be born neked. And as expected, doesn't work quite as well at the good stuff. Won't burn like a flame thrower. Still kills Yellow Jackets, Black Widow spiders and just about any creepy crawler you'll see and, won't leave an y oily residue.

I like the K2R method too- it lifts castor oil from balsa and hard woods really well
