How many shots can you get?

Just paid $2.39 for a large regular coffee at the corner convenience store. They wont ship a coffee. You have to pick it up. The shipping fee amortized across 2 dozen flints is negligible. Are you seriously going to order 1 flint?

How many shots can you get?

Who would buy just one? I bought two dozen. A cup of coffee costs more!

Heritage Products. Good people. They even wrote me a thank you note and gave me a piece of leather.

How many shots can you get?

Im sure it's been said but I have had them shatter on the first shot or last for dozens. There is no way to predict.

What am I doing wrong - Confused Update

Spray brakleen on the pan and frizzen between shots at the range. Brakleen isnt practical for carrying in the woods obviously. That's when prepackaged alcohol wipes come in handy. Most of the time a simple brushing will facilitate a good second shot in the field.

Need help, flash hole liner stuck!

Remove it. Then get an RMC liner with the allen wrench. Install with antiseize and remove periodically to clean and reaaply antiseize. If you never overtighten it the threads will never wear out. It only has to be snugged down. (The preceeding was only my opinion)

Lymans Great Plains Rifle Opening and Testing....

Nice! Looks like you had to slightly force the barrel to sit in the stock just a smidge. My Trade Rifle had to be forced too hard to lay in the stock so I adjusted the tang until it just sat down of its own accord. In my mind having to bend the stock to meet the barrel could lead to a crack in...

A Warning about Cleaning and a Question

Whats crazy is that although you can drink that, soaking your body in it for too long can make your skin fall off.
