Not sure if this should be in the traditional FS/WTB spot since I'm not sure a cannon fits under the "traditional muzzleloading"

Interested in any information related to any reproduction Revolutionary War Era cannons that are out there which could possibly end up on the market, English 3 or 6 pounders, etc.

There is a vendor in Houston who sells cannons.

Do a search, it was discussed here in the last month or so.

There is certainly a smaller amount of reproduction Revolutionary era cannons out there than Civil War. I've reached out to some makers so we'll see how it plays out! If I do order looks like about a year out for a tube/carriage.

Might be selling one or both of my Rev War cannons. One is a 1758 Bowen Howitzer and one Iron 3lber grasshopper

Id like to talk to you about the verbruggen but cant figure out how to send a pm/conversation.
Feel free to PM if you can.

Youngblood, click on the picture above his name, click "start conversation", compose pm and then click start conversation again to send it.
To find his reply look at the envelope in the upper right hand corner next to your name. When you see a red # in the envelope that is his reply. Good luck.

If you are wanting a bronze tube you might check out Gillmor Ordnance Gillmor Ordnance
I just ordered a 3 pounder from there myself.

@Youngblood, I am considering it, however the cost of bronze might be a bit high, I'm planning on putting together an English 6 pound gun, which is a pretty big barrel. So depending on what were looking at I might go turned steel, cast iron with steel sleeve, or bronze coating one of the previous options. If the metal prices fall, then full on bronze would be my first choice, but we shall see.

Yeah i know what you mean. Id like a 6 pounder myself but cost is an issue. Thats why im doing the 3 pounder (2.91inch) for now. It was hard to track down solid balls for that size but Paulson Brothers had it for their 32 pounder grape. That and my gal and me can move a 280 pound cannon but not 800 pounds. Even Mr Gillmor told me his price to buy bronze has jumped from mid $3 per pound to $7 range so we are all feeling it.

If you find a maker of a good solid steel Rev War 6 pounder let me know. All ive seen were cast/sleeved or bronze.
