When I was kid kid and we lived in Boulder, the winds were so high it ripped roofs off houses. We had a picture window that faced west and it would flex in the wind. Never broke, though.
 
Pfft! up in the mighty Adirondacks one time was so cold my frizzen froze and then the blowin gusty winds shattered it! an then I lost it all in the fresh made glacier deep snow....an had to walk uphill all the way home, against the wind.... unarmed! and,,,,,,,,,,, :shocked2: my toes got cold an both my nose an mouth was runnin! :blah: then it got dark..
 
When it rains & blows, it is time to close the windows on the deer stand and turn on the heater! :haha: :haha:
