Damn, Clyde, you are making me want to try some different tofu recipes after I had said that I didn't care all that much for tufu. Well, at least I am willing to learn something new. Now all I have to do is find some yuba 'cause I am not going to try making my own tofu skins. Thanks for the info.
 
Well!...I made a trip to the big city, picked up some tofu to experiment with.....

Rule #1. Don't eat raw tofu out of the package unless your sense of taste has been rendered null.

I made soup for supper and put tofu in it....I used silken tofu. It was a flavorful vegetable soup....The tofu needs time to take on flavor, so I let is simmer for a couple hours. It was good....I might try pan frying the tofu or marinating it first next time, to give it even more flavor..

I have half a package left so tofu pancakes or tofu scramble might be on the breakfast menu.

I also have firm tofu to experiment with and some soybeans to make my own........
