Has any one tried stadard conicals or a maxi bullet with no sabots in a fast twist barrel? And if so was there a leading problem?

I use paper patched bullets so I never have a problem with lead. Ron

I was talking to a gun shop owner today, and he feels that lead banning is in the future.

What are we going to use then?

simple.. buy Lead free bullets!

Sadly only inline muzzleloaders can shoot these types of bullets.. http://www.barnesbullets.com/

Or you can cast you bullets from zine.. However, casting from zine is both very difficult and toxic. You can mix copper powder with tin powder, melt them together, and pure them into what ever molds....
But nothing beats lead, for as it being simple..

Lead free... it's A big pain.. but can be applied to muzzloading. :idunno:

Never had a problem with leading in 1-20, 1-28 twist rates. Towards the end I was paper patching but I shot a lot with just lubed bullets.
