When I was a young lad the old ones used to say that you eat just the breasts off rooks, in fact I remember one of my uncles used to occasionally.

Just checking in on this thread . With 65 replies and 2000 views it seems that most members liked the thread which out weighed the snide remarks and jealously of some . This has been a very busy season for me with large numbers accounted for , with November coming is the main start of the driven pheasant season when the leaf is off the trees which I am looking forward too.
