    Pedersoli Kodiak lock problem

Test the lock out of the gun, if it works then you have an inletting issue, or trigger issue. But rule out the easiest check first

    Thompson Center trigger

The make a nice single trigger drop in replacement that sells on Ebay. Or you can remove the set trigger yourself on a standard TC DS trigger.

    How much is too much

My wife tells me i need to invest in more guns for protection and so on. Somehow to her this doesn't mean more ML's, I try the whole well modern ammo is getting harder to find routine. She isn't buying it anymore.

    Multiple patches ?

I forgot the 50 cal balls for my pistol on a trail walk and my rifles I had was a 45. I double patched the .445 ball using .020 patches and I shot the best round for pistol every hitting 8 of 10 targets. I still am tempted to use the combo again ( on purpose this time)

    Got one!

n I always joke around about shooting a deer in the face, after we seen a guy shoot a doe with buckshot out of a modern shotgun in the head. Its effective if hit right but very very sad and bad if not. Its rough when you have to waste a buck tag on a small buck that someone shot the jaw off...

    Mi muzzle loader season

Everyone I know from Michigan who hunts says there was a huge winter kill last winter and the deer population is down. Thats the excuse they used. I went up for Thanksgiving and shot a decent 8-pointer on state land after sitting 10 minutes. :rotf: I kept sitting and seen 11 does after that...

    Length of 1800's longrifle

Man alive a barrel that long you are going to need a wheel kit put on like a cannon. Better hope the deer are standing still I am 6'6" myself and doubt I could swing a bun that big that fast

opinions on the blue ridge rifle

Yeah but the PENN rifle has a reallly high cheek comb that people like me cannot get low enough down on the stock to use the sights. The frontier/blue ridge no issues

    32 cal. for competition shooting

I have lost phits on a woodswalk because the targets would ring but not move and if the scores didn't hear it, and its not moving its a no hit, even though it was. Hell the 40 cal sometimes doesn't make bigger argets dance though either. Plus the wind it rough on a 32 ball.
