best place to buy porcupine quills

That would be awesome!!! If you do get some and you would like to do that I would greatly appreciate it. My email address is [email protected] as I don't get on here very often and if you were to come across some that would be the best way to get ahold of me. Thanks!!!

best place to buy porcupine quills

I can guarantee you we do not have porcupines near me. I run coonhounds year round and spend a lot of time in the woods. I've never came across one or know of anyone who has. If they are in Missouri I would love to know where that would be. We have just about every other critter here but porcupines.

    Seeking gun parts

What she is looking for is if anyone has any of these laying around. Like anything there selling on a trade blanket. I have a blank piece of wood here that I'm gonna build a full stock out of. I don't know if she said flintlock or not either but she is looking for a flintlock. Preferably a large...

best place to buy porcupine quills

My wife is starting to do quill work and we are looking for a good source of dyed porcupine quills. We bought our last batch from crazy crow and there wasn't many usable quills in a bag. Out of 1000 quills there was maybe 100 quills that were usable. Or where do all you folks that do quill work...

    stove pipe inserts

I'm with you on this. I'm not really into the whole judging thing. I've never camped in my tent below 32 degrees yet and the heater did real well at that temp. Was thinking of doing some winter rendezvous this year and was thinking that it wouldn't be able to keep up with it being in the teens...

    stove pipe inserts

For the weight of this tent and shipping charges that would be close to $100 plus the cost of the item would put it close to $200 at that price I'll continue to cheat with my little buddy heater. Plus with the age of my tent the fire proofing would not be any good any more anyway so i'll...

    stove pipe inserts

Has anyone sewn a insert into there tent themselves? If so what do you use and what materials do you stitch it in with? I have a 12x12 panther primitives pyramid and am wanting to install a wood stove for the cold months instead of cheating with a propane heater. Also where do most place the...

    buffalo fur scraps

After a long extensive search on the internet does anyone know of a vendor or company who sells buffalo/bison fur scraps? I need some pieces that are around 10"x10". I am in the process of making some shooters bags out of the fur.

    Smoke & Fire

You won't find a better person or company to deal with than smoke and fire. I have never had the privilege of meeting Donnlyn but my business partner has and she has done nothing but sing her praise. My wife ordered a chemise from her and it was well made and the quality was superb. Looking...

What do you lube your locks with?

I never use grease on my locks. I only use a light gun oil and wipe them down with oil every so often. I feel like grease could slow the lock down with its viscosity being higher creating more of a drag on the hammer.

    Oops... (Aqua Fortis)

Some people say to neutralize and some say don't. Frank House just had a write up on facebook about it and he doesn't neutralize his and went on to say that the air will neutralize it in a couple days. I've done mine both ways. Some are gonna say without a doubt do it and argue with you that...
