A new haversack style forage bag I handmade, “inspired” by the late 18th and early 19th century hunting accoutrement. The body of the bag is made from a striped wool and fully lined with an interior pocket. All hand-stitching done with natural linen and hemp beeswaxed thread. The flap is veg tanned leather with a Federal Eagle / U.States 1812 incised and painted folk art design. The strap in a heavy woven jute webbing. The bag measures 11x13 with a 54” strap. This would make a wonderful addition for anyone into Muzzleloading…hunting…reenacting...or as a beautiful wall hanging decor.
