I would try to contact the Hall of Fame and see if they can attache a date to it as well as mfg of the boxes.
The Lock might be something a locksmith could ID. Sometimes there is some commonality of those and sometimes not. I used to carry a key chain with 35 keys on it because no one could agree to what a lock on an equipment/eclectical panel should be. One for each mfg.

Nice find. At the SHOT show in Dallas a few years back, the Dallas Colt Collectors Association held the largest collection of Walker Colts ever assembled. Each with outstanding provenance.

Yeppers, only thing is the reflection on the polyglass. Going to wipe the wood with Old English
