I used a Harbor Freight hammer impact screw drive on a couple of frozen clean out screws with no problem. Heat with propane and then cool with oil, do that three or four times then hit with the impact screw driver. It's nice to be able to get them out if you dry ball. Anti seize grease or teflon tape prevents it from happening again. Wether you use it while cleaning or not is up to you.
