Ya, no modifications to the gun stock or barrel.
Uses existing bolt to secure new lock, same thread same hole position.
Used a few paper templates to get lock plate positions right.
As long as you use the sunrise of the center touchhole to the position of the pan, everything else fits relatively well. Make sure to make the back side of the pan is flush to the barrel, so no gap for primer fills.
Having lockwork outside the lock plate makes it easier to have moving parts, but if one is patient enough, could completely self contain the items.... and have stock trigger to accuate the action.
