How does that work? I'd guess you just reverse it (threaded on the solid section), but in the top photo, the end portion appears to be domed or capped. Then again, it just might be the angle ...
 
The worm and the screw is domed so you dont jab it into your hand while loading... :thumbsup: I have a pic of a fancier one that I made for a .40 somewhere... it might show a bit better.
