That's just as bad a people using the words "Appears To Be".

There is no "Appears To Be" in firearm descriptions. Either it's mechanically sound or it's not mechanically sound.

"Appears To Be" is wiggle room for the seller in case the gun is a POS.

I collect & shoot early European & English firearms, I believe this originally was a flintlock full stock musket that was later cut down & converted to percussion.
If your looking for a shooter I would recommend you keep looking as this one looks like a wall hanger & is already overpriced in my opinion.
