The single cylinder in the third picture has what looks like the factory logo for defunct company Palmetto next to the row of numbers.

I believe you are right about it being a Palmetto and from the finish I believe it came from an unfinished kit gun.

if richland arms means its a palmetto ? do you still got the cylinder?
