I would love to own a custom rifle, and one day plan to. Until then, it is production rifles for me. That being said, I need a couple of odds and ends. I need a ramrod spring for a Renegade, but TC told me that I am out of luck with them. They suggested Track of the Wolf. I also need a ramrod thimble with the swivel mount for an Investarms Hunter carbine. Any ideas who would have both of those pieces?

Lyman cap lock rifles are made by Investarms, so you might want to give them a call. Can't help you with the T/C parts though.

The RR retaining spring on my TC kit rifle broke shortly after completing the build. Made one that has survived many years of use. Simple thing to make......Fred

I found the spring to be unnecessary. My TC was equipped with a 5/16 rod fitted with 3/8 OD tips. The he spring did seem to serve a purpose with that rod, but a 3/8 rod stays in place without It.

Lots of good suggestions for places to look. I might add to the list Deer Creek Products in Waldron, Indiana and Dixie Gun Works in Union City, Tennessee. Both places carry lots of parts and I would expect one of them would have what you are looking for.
