How raw? Dixon's Gunmaker's Fair usually has a pickup load of polished horns and, also a lot of "raw" horns (cores out but not scraped and polished). Other fairs, such as Lewisburg, PA in Feb. have a big selection of polished horns. I'm sure you can also find horns at other shows, fairs and rondys.

For Raw horns I check out the local slaughter house. I stay on good terms with them buying bones for the dog and he saves me any nice horns he gets. :idunno:

raw v. polished is the real question here! to me a "raw" horn is an unpolished horn that usually has the core out. Supply for those are usually pretty limited to either your local slaughterhouse and the occasional Rondy.
Polished horns, I personally stick with John and Linda, much like Horner75 and LoneHunter they are great people to work with and will work with you for what you need.

My raw horn will not be ready for a couple of months yet. That's when my cattle goto the butcher.

It will be longer than that, as it's going to be several months curing out before a powder horn is in it's future!
