This started out as a deer leg bone powder measure but I got distracted and it ended up as a small damascus dagger..4 3/4" blade with a 4 3/4" deer leg bone handle..Swampy`s fault ya know

Had to add the wood so the blade out fit the bone..Started out as a powder measure but got to piddling around with the blade..

Thats a piece of damascus that John forged..I noticed it as I was about to make a powder measure from the deer leg bone and finished it in to a blade for the bone..

good work, make a dandy patch knife and small game blade. is that cable damascus?
Hey Blizzard, cable looks like a chain pickerel if it's done right. That looks like simple twist...Bud

RickD,
Not really into daggers, but I do love
damascus steeled knives. So do the knifesmiths
that make them. I have several and I don't
regret what I paid for anyone of them.
snake-eyes:hmm:
