What year was yours made? As I recall these reproductions were only made for a few years, maybe they were offered for about 5 years and you can't get them anymore, except offered through sales like this one.
The fitting and finishing and construction of these was really top of the line,
far better than a lot of the cheap parts and assembly practices used on many of the Remington and Colt reproductions,
There are some really nicely made Colt and Remington reproductions that were made with good quality parts and fitted and blue very well , all of these Rogers and Spencer's are really nice,

I got mine in 1980. Had the action smoothed up and it still shoots better than I can.
