Anyone know of a replacement lock for the Pedersoli Harpers Ferry pistol that is either a drop-in or one that can be modified to fit the lock recess and touch hole alignment?

The geometry of the Pedersoli does not appear to have optimum scraping action on the frizzen. Although it works, the sparking is not good, plus it is very hard on flints. Short of re-drilling the tumbler location, I'm not certain the Pedersoli can be made better.
