Has anyone had experience with track of the Wolf's Willets 1746 Long land Pattern Bess kit or own one that was built from this kit?

Not done this set, but they are from The Rifle Shoppe. They do good quality work. The locks are nice and of nice materials, but you need real lock building experience to put one together right.

They do sell assembled locks, but I cannot comment on the quality of their assembly work.

I've been working on a set of those castings for a while now. except for my own mistakes, (never built a lock before)
the parts seem fine.
Right now I"m fitting the mainspring........any help would be appreciated.........then it's time to hclean up and heat treat.
I can't speak for the rest of the parts cause I"m not up to that yet. :m2c:
