Excellent condition Pietta Model 1851, in .44 caliber. I have never fired this, and I'm not sure it was ever actually fired before. Very clean, mint condition. Date code BN puts this at year 2000 for production. I'm always surprised how many times I find blackpowder arms purchased 20+ years ago that have never been fired. I think people like the idea of them more than the actual effort of getting powder and ball and shooting them. Perhaps they've heard horror stories from all those who think they "know about blackpowder" and how "it takes 8 full hours of cleaning and you end up looking like a coal-miner after cleaning it and why not just shoot a cartridge pistol?"

Anyway, this is $230 shipped via US Priority in the lower 48. Zelle is best, though PayPal friend works too.
