Looking to sell this Pietta I recently acquired. It has been fired, I have not personally shot it. I don't shoot much and I have others to shoot when I do.
Was told this was worked on by a person called Tom Ball. I have no proof of this. There are no markings or stamps besides the Pietta markings.
Was told Tom Ball enlarged the chambers to .457. My mike battery went out so I could not mike the chambers. I've included some pictures (they load up at random so hopefully they are self explanatory) a .452 ball drops in, then a .454 and a .457. Some pictures on the forcing cone.
Action is nice and smooth. Three click, cylinder release, cylinder lock and full cock. The finish shows holster wear and the frame is a purplish color.
Asking $240 shipped.

After further research I have found that this is a Pietta Shooter's Model. I didn't realize what I had.
