No date. There were 2 bullet molds in the bag also. I wish I knew why.
 
were the molds the same cal.? maybe had two guns or a combo gun??
 
That long powder measure looks like a 30-30 case. The other looks like a pistol case of some sort.

That is a nice little box for the caps.

Got them at a small estate auction recently up near the Allegheny National Forest. Straps are attached to the sides of the bag. The bag is coming apart from age. I plan to put it in a display case and leave it there. Too fragile to
play with. I wonder how old it is? My guess is mid 19th century.
 
Hard to tell about the two molds, one theory would be the rifle started as a .35 caliber and he had her freshened and she then became a .37 caliber???
