For sale an original, working condition Belgium flintlock carbine. I believe it is the Belgium Model 1822, which was a copy of a French Model 1816 carbine made into the 1830s. The lock, stock and barrel are all Liege proofed. .69 caliber. 19 1/2 inch barrel. The bore is actually in VG shooting condition. The lock is in excellent working condition, and creates plenty of sparks. The metal is an overall brown patina. The wood stock is solid with no wood loss or visible repairs. Still has the saddle ring and bar. Start a Conversation for photos. Asking $785.00 Shipped Cont. U.S. , Thanks ,Bruce
Here is a link to a brief history of it and one like it.
