Things have been a little slow on the photo thread lately so thought I'd post a picture of a horn that I finished earlier this spring. Can't show the final pics cause it's an xmas present for a member of a club that I belong to. The final scrimshaw has his family crest and motto as well as his name.

:hmm: Well let's see........ First you must live in an area that has at least 8-10 inches of snow on the ground on christmas day, temperature must be at least - 15f . :winking: ......... you live in Phoenix don't ya? I'm guessing you might have a problem meeting those requirements :winking:

The only snow we see in Phoenix is on the mountains that surround us, in the dead of winter, when it's in the freezing 50's. :rotf:
