...or How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The new bag, brain tanned deer skin, dyed with black walnuts, 10/0 beads, copper cones stuffed with deer hair. The strap is just some cotton webbing I had hanging around the house, so I used it here. The pattern of the bag was inspired by the one pictured on p. 32 in The Voyager's Sketchbook

Contents: I use both leather and paper wads and .610" balls. The powder measure has been borrowed from another gun & used for illustration purposes.
