Orange camo. Try it out. It looks kind of goofy but I think it works. Deer are said to be color blind so it works just like reg. camo. I have been muzzleloading for deer for a few years now and have taken all my deer with one shot. Longest just under 200 yards (193 with range finder). I shoot lots of targets and know where my gun shoots out to 300 yards. 1.5 inch groups at 100 yards. not quite like the good old days but I like it.

Before this got to be a debate of in-lines or not in-lines you had a Question and I will try and give you an Opinion. You said you liked the T/C Encore. While it is a good gun, IMHO it is somewhat over priced. If you want an in-line take a look at the new Optima by CVA. It is sort of an Encore copy, but has most of it's features at a lot less money. They sell for $189.00 from Cabela's. There will always be those who lean toward Primitive weapons and they are more than welcome to. While I own and shoot a side hammer caplock, I hunt with in-lines. They are reliable easier to clean and have a longer effective range. They offer an extended season and I really like to hunt so I'll take advantage of it.
