SOLD Minty CVA .50 Express SxS

This is the deluxe model of the CVA SxS Express .50 rifle. It is in overall excellent condition and appears unfired. Wood is near perfect with some minor dings near butt. Metal is 98+% with scattered small scratches. I am sure that all of the minor defects are the result of jostling around in a safe for decades. Bores in 28.5" barrels are pristine. Only dirty oil came out in patches. Twist is 1:48 and regulated to 75 yards, per published information. Checkering on stock is almost flawless. No buttplate, but checkered wood. LOP is 12.5/13.5. Has a Williams peep sight missing aperture (I have a replacement on the way). $850 SHIPPED.

I have never laid actual eyes on one of the .58 double rifles. But hope springs eternal.

Agreed! BSR always has nice rifles for sale on here. He must have a gun safe as big as a 2-car garage!
